  I've been acting (off & on) since college. In the 'real world' I maintain charge of a small electrical contracting company.  I majored in several disciplines throughout an extended and oft interrupted collegiate career, finally achieving degrees in Radio, T.V., Motion Pictures, BFA in Drama (UNC-CH), B.S. in Physics (N.C. State), minor in Electrical Engineering, Nutrition (Wake Forest) and National Electric Code studies at Randolph Technical Institute. I was born as the seventh child (out of nine, with seven sisters) in a rural small central NC town. My dad was an auto mechanic/ bootlegger and early on I experienced some pretty exciting things going on around our 'neck of the woods'.  I used my paper route money to escape an over-crowded household and found respite at the local movie theater. I probably saw more movies than any kid in town and quickly developed a deep appreciation for good stories and characters.  Being just another anonymous sibling in an overcrowded natal position fueled me with the desire to 'stand out' and thus lead me to athletic achievement( champion high school miler), academic achievement,  and of course, the ultimate 'buzz', ACTING.

  My hobbies include camping, astronomy, MENSA membership activities, partying too much, reading, and just generally hanging out!
