About me
Kristin Jann-Fischer is a singer and
actress who resides in Charlotte, NC. Originally from
New Jersey, Kristin has moved around a bit from Maine to
Virginia to Hawai'i. She received her Bachelor's
Degree in Music Education from Rowan University in
Glassboro, NJ. She took a year off to hone her waiting
and bartending skills (because we know you need to be good
that those things to be a "working artist"). After that,
Kristin followed a Naval Officer to Honolulu and received
her Master's Degree in Vocal Performance from the University
of Hawai'i.
Kristin's first passion is for Musical
Theatre. Some of her favorite roles include Cathy in
Last 5 Years, Yonah in Children of Eden and
Joy in Cinderella. Kristin can also be seen on
screen in different projects including a commercial for
Bloom Grocery, an episode of Lost and in the movie
April Fool's Day (Well, you can see her if you
concentrate really hard in the first 2). She has
featured roles in the movies Praise Band (college
student 1) and Blood Done Sign My Name (Betsy Teel).
